OUR DEMENTIA CARE PROGRAM

Ourcare Social Adult Day Care provides compassionate, expert-led dementia support designed to enhance quality of life and maintain independence:

• Trained Specialists: Staff certified in dementia and Alzheimer’s care, skilled in communication techniques.
• Safe Environment: Secure, wander-safe facilities with discreet alert systems and minimal hazards.
• Cognitive Activities: Daily brain-stimulating games, reminiscence therapy, and music/memory sessions.
• Personalized Care Plans: One-on-one assessments to tailor engagement, nutrition, and mobility support.
• Family Involvement: Regular progress updates, care consultations, and guidance on home strategies.
• Routine Schedule:
  • Morning Welcome & Orientation: 9:00 AM – 9:30 AM
  • Cognitive Activity Session: 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM
  • Relaxation & Music Therapy: 1:30 PM – 2:15 PM
  • Afternoon Social Group: 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM
